Proud to be teaching Barre Pilates using our new Ballet Bars in the Studio
After a fantastic training course in Leeds with the amazing Claire Wray and Cherry Baker, I am proud to say that I am now qualified to add the Barre Pilates method onto to my repertoire of Pilates training and teaching skills. I am really excited to be able to deliver this to my clients and class participants later this month (when ballet bars have been fitted in the studio!!)
So what is Barre Pilates?
The Barre Pilates method combines basic Ballet Barre exercises with Pilates, body conditioning moves and stretches. It is a full body workout to music designed to work your muscles through full range of movement……giving you an amazing workout!!
What are the benefits of Barre Pilates?
Barre Pilates will tone, shape and lift your bottom, thighs and calves, improve your core strength, balance, co-ordination and improve your posture. It is a low impact workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels. You will challenge your body in new ways and find muscles you had forgotten existed!!….in a good way!!
