Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental well-being.
This NEW class allows you to work with a small light weight ball infused with essential oils as a means to focus the mind, breath and body in movements based on mindful yoga to strengthen, stretch and balance the bodies chi (energy) and enhance relaxation.
